Your Test Results, Scores & Certificates

What MindCrate is

MindCrate is a cognitive assessment platform: you take an IQ assessment and receive a detailed results report, with a subscription that adds ongoing access to further assessments, your test history, and downloadable certificates. It is not a game or training app, and not affiliated with membership societies like Mensa.

Where your results live

Results are delivered inside your account, not by email. To see them:

  1. 1. Log in at mindcrate.com (magic link — see Logging In With a Magic Link).
  2. 2. Complete your profile if prompted — the detailed assessment unlocks after profile completion.
  3. 3. Open your dashboard for your detailed results, analysis, and test history.

Your results remain permanently accessible in your account — including on the free tier after you cancel your subscription.

"I paid but never got my results"

If you were charged and genuinely can't access any results:

  1. 1. Make sure you're logged in with the email on your payment receipt (a different email shows an empty free account).
  2. 2. Check whether a "complete your profile" step is waiting — that's the most common blocker.
  3. 3. If you're in the right account, profile complete, and there are still no results, tell us in this chat. Paying without receiving your results is exactly the "service not delivered" case our refund policy covers, so we'll either restore access or make it right.

Per-question breakdowns

We provide comprehensive scoring and analysis, but not a question-by-question answer key or list of which questions you got wrong. This protects the integrity of the assessment for future test-takers. Your detailed results break down performance by area, which is the best guide for what to practice.

"My score changed between attempts"

Scores can differ between attempts — assessments can draw on different questions, and factors like familiarity with the format, focus, and timing affect performance. A different score on a different sitting (or on a different provider's test, which uses its own scale and question types) doesn't mean either result was recorded incorrectly.

Found a problem with a question?

If you believe a specific question is faulty (for example, duplicate answer options), tell us in this chat with the test name and question number. We log these for our assessment team to review — this feedback genuinely helps.
