Trouble Cancelling? Fixes for Common Blockers
Update (July 10, 2026): the "payment is still being processed" waiting period has been removed. Cancellation is now available immediately at any time, including during your trial. If you still see that message, refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) — and if anything else blocks your cancellation, message us here and we will sort it out and protect your cancellation date.
Trouble Cancelling? Fixes for Common Blockers
Cancellation should take a minute at mindcrate.com/billing. If it isn't working, one of the situations below probably applies. In every case: if cancellation fails, tell us in this chat right away — a technical failure on our side that blocks you from cancelling in time is one of the specific situations covered by our refund policy, so a broken button will never be allowed to cost you a charge.
"Your payment is still being processed — cancellation not available"
If you signed up very recently, you may see a message that your trial payment is still being verified and cancellation isn't available yet (bank authorization can take up to 24-48 hours). If you hit this:
- 1. Don't worry about the deadline — tell us in this chat now, with your account email. Your message timestamps your intent to cancel, and our team will make sure the block doesn't cause a conversion charge you were trying to avoid.
- 2. Try the Billing page again after a few hours — most holds clear well within the window.
- 3. If the message persists past 48 hours, say so in this chat and we'll escalate it for you.
You do not need to clear your cache, switch browsers, or install anything for this one — it's a payment-verification state, not a browser issue.
The cancel button doesn't respond / the final confirmation won't submit
- 1. Try once in a private/incognito window or a different browser — this rules out a stale session.
- 2. Go directly to mindcrate.com/billing rather than navigating through menus.
- 3. If it still fails, stop retrying and message us in this chat with your device, browser, and (if possible) a screenshot of what happens when you click. Occasionally a cancel click fails to reach our servers — our team can see this in the logs and complete the cancellation properly.
Clicking Cancel opens this chat window
If clicking Cancel brings up a chat window instead of a confirmation, you're in the right place — tell the agent here "my cancel button loops to chat" and we'll take it from there. You should not have to go around that loop more than once.
"I already cancelled, but I've been charged again"
This needs a records check, not more instructions. Message us in this chat with:
- - The approximate date and time you cancelled
- - The charge date and amount
Our team compares your cancellation against the charge. If your cancellation was recorded before the charge, that's a billing error on our side and the charge is refunded. If the records show the cancellation didn't complete (this can happen if the final confirmation step was missed or a click silently failed), we'll show you the timeline, complete the cancellation, and make sure nothing further is billed.

Verify at mindcrate.com/billing that no active subscription shows, and screenshot it for your records — we don't currently send a cancellation confirmation email.
