How to Cancel Your MindCrate Subscription

You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time — it takes about a minute, and no one will try to stop you.

Steps to cancel

Go to mindcrate.com/billing — it takes you straight to the Subscription tab of your Profile page (we’ll email you a magic link to log in if needed).
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm when prompted.

You can also get there manually: log in → open your Profile → select the Subscription tab. Your payment history lives in the Payments tab next to it.

Shortcut: you can go straight to mindcrate.com/billing once logged in.

What happens after you cancel

- During your trial: cancelling before the 7-day trial ends means you will not be charged the monthly subscription fee.
- After a monthly payment: cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Your results are safe. Your account moves to the free tier and your test results remain accessible — cancelling never deletes them.

How to confirm your cancellation worked

We do not currently send a cancellation confirmation email. To verify:

1. Return to mindcrate.com/billing.
2. Check that the page shows no active subscription (your plan will show as cancelled / free).
3. If you'd like a record, take a screenshot of that page — it shows your cancellation took effect.

Things that do NOT cancel your subscription

- Deleting the app or bookmark
- Cancelling or replacing your bank card (billing can continue — always cancel in your account)
- Replying to a marketing email, or cancelling through TikTok or the ad you originally clicked
- Blocking the charge at your bank
