What we accept
- - Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- - Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
We do not accept bank transfers, invoices, checks, or payments over chat or phone. For your security, never share a card number in a chat message — payments are only entered on the secure checkout and Billing pages.
If your card is declined at signup
- - Confirm the card details and billing address/postcode match your bank's records.
- - Complete any verification step (3-D Secure) your bank pops up.
- - Try another accepted payment method (a different card, or PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay).
- - Some card types and currencies aren't supported by our payment processor in every region — if one method keeps failing, a wallet option usually works.
Failed renewal payments and retries
If a subscription renewal fails, our system automatically retries over the following days. Two things to know:
- - Retries can appear as multiple pending entries in your banking app; pending authorizations drop off once a payment settles or the attempts stop.
- - A failed payment can temporarily suspend your account, which may display as having no active plan — see Charged, but "No Account Found" or "Free Member"?.
Blocking the charge at your bank does not cancel the subscription — retries and account suspension will continue until the subscription itself is cancelled at mindcrate.com/billing.
