Logging In With a Magic Link

MindCrate uses passwordless login. There is no password to remember and no "forgot password" flow — instead, we email you a one-time magic link that signs you in when you click it.

How to log in

  1. 1. Go to mindcrate.com and choose Log in.
  2. 2. Enter your email address and click Send Magic Link.
  3. 3. Open the email we send you and click the link — you're in.

Use the right email address

Your MindCrate account exists under the email address you entered at checkout — the same one that appears on your PayPal or card payment receipt. If you have several email addresses, check the receipt or confirmation email from your original purchase: that's the address to log in with. Entering a different address will show "No account found."

Magic links expire shortly after being sent for security. Click the link soon after it arrives, from the same device if possible. If it says "invalid or expired," simply request a fresh one and open it promptly.

If the email doesn't arrive

  1. 1. Wait a minute or two — delivery can lag slightly.
  2. 2. Check Spam/Junk, Promotions, and any quarantine folder. Search your mailbox for "MindCrate".
  3. 3. Double-check the email address for typos, and confirm it matches your payment receipt.
  4. 4. Request the link once more.

Still nothing after two attempts? Stop and message us in this chat — tell us the email address you're using and we'll investigate delivery rather than have you keep retrying.

Yes — the login email is a normal part of how MindCrate works, and receiving one after you request it is expected. If you receive login emails you did not request, let us know in this chat.

Locked out but need to cancel?

If login problems are blocking you from cancelling your subscription, say so in this chat. We will not let a login issue cause you a charge you were trying to avoid — see Trouble Cancelling? Fixes for Common Blockers.
